About this year’s Signature Wine
58% Mourvèdre, 20% Cinsaut, 11% Grenache Noir, 10% Counoise
This Rosé was made in the Saignee method, pulling juice from Diffraction’s red wines to darken their color while creating a beautiful rosé wine with strawberry and watermelon notes. All varietals were co-fermented and aged together prior to bottling.
